PROCEDURE
All Returns, replacements, exchanges MUST have a
RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ( RMA ). To return

RETURN
NUMBER and RETURN
ADDRESS,
write the return number on outside of the shipping
box ( DO NOT WRITE ON THE MERCHANDISE BOX ) and
ship to the RETURN ADDRESS.

Merchandise may be returned within 10 days from the
Day you receive your merchandise Note:
Shipping
& Handling fees are not REFUNDABLE. 20%
restocking
is applied to all returned merchandise.
Tips:
When you receive your new merchandise, carefully
open the box, take precautions to keep Merchandise,
warranty information, instruction books and the
packaging material in new condition, as all of
these items will be required if you need to return

USA, US Territories, APO and FPO addresses.
